1. Bookings

A booking request is held for a short time (currently 30 minutes) while payment is completed. A booking is confirmed only after Vista Cruise verifies your payment. Uploading a payment screenshot or opening a UPI app does not confirm a booking by itself.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per guest in Indian Rupees (₹) and depend on the cruise and the guest's age group (adult, child or baby). Partial payment is allowed above the minimum shown at checkout; the balance must be paid before boarding. Event and rental cruises are quoted separately by our team.

3. Guest details and age

Please give correct guest names and ages. The price category is worked out from age, and the total may change if guests are added, edited or removed.

4. Boarding pass and reporting time

A boarding pass with a QR code is issued after confirmation. Show it at the boarding point and report at the time given on the pass. Passes are valid for a limited period and may expire after the cruise date.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible with your booking ID. Any refund or reschedule is decided case by case by Vista Cruise management.

6. Weather and operations

Timings are indicative. Sailings may be delayed, changed or cancelled because of weather, river conditions, safety or operational reasons. In that case we will offer a suitable alternative or the remedy described in section 5.

7. Safety and conduct

Guests must follow the crew's safety instructions, wear life jackets when asked, and behave responsibly on board. Vista Cruise may refuse boarding to anyone who puts safety at risk.

8. Minimum guests

Some cruises (for example lunch and dinner sailings) need a minimum number of passengers, as shown on the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to bookings made after the update.
