1. What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, the booking details (service, date, guests) and, for each guest, a name, gender and age. If you pay by UPI we also store the payment screenshot you upload.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to take and confirm bookings, work out prices, issue boarding passes, contact you about your cruise (by phone, WhatsApp or email), verify payments and keep booking records.

3. Who can see it

Only authorised Vista Cruise staff can access booking data and payment screenshots. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed to run the service (for example email delivery) or when the law requires it.

4. Payments

Payments are made directly to our UPI account through your own UPI app. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank login.

5. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as long as needed for service, accounting and legal reasons. Boarding pass images are deleted automatically after they expire.

6. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your booking and, for staff, their login working. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Security

We protect data with access controls, private storage for payment screenshots and secure connections. No system is completely risk-free, so please do not share your booking links or passes publicly.

8. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep. Contact us using the details below.
