Terms Condition

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable .

2. If trip is canceled due to weather or if any technical issues tickets will be reusable to any other day with concern to prior confirmation with Management. Priority will be taken care. 

3. Routes will be depends on weather and technical criteria which is subject to change. 

4. Smoking is allowed on specefic allocated places onboard cruise. 

5. Security check must be followed for each guest by security officer. 

6. Tables are subject to availability. 

7.  Once boarding will be announced by Crew Management then only proceed for the boarding respective to the safety and security concern. 

8. Any kind of Fire Arms are not allowed on board. 

9. Pets are not allowed. 

10. For safety of passengers kindly follow the guideline by our crew on board.

11. Parking facility available. 

12. If any bookings from Govenment of Assam  for any Special events / State Guests / Head of Nations / Any High Dignitaries visit, management will intimate to guests who have already booked in that date / a slot need to change to other dates.
